why do you want to lose so much weight? just becuase you think your thin and slim doesnt meant your beautiful. the most beautiful are the ones who are beautiful from the inside out. its there personallity that makes them stunning, not there weight. accept yourself the way you are! if you want to lose weight, lose it for a health prospective to keep inshape. not to be bone thin. i really appreciated this :) and i completely agree that personality has ALOT to do with what makes a person beautiful, butttttttt i do want to be thinner, i want to feel comfortable with myself, i want to be healthier. I DO NOT want to be skin and bones. I’m a 34D i dont think i can handle being an A cup, and yes i have curves, i don’t plan to lose them, i just want the “fat” to be placed evenly throughout my body in small proportions lol. My BMI is too high, and i’m considered overweight and above the average weight for someone my size and age.
but seriously thank you alot for caring. don’t worry i’m doing it the healthy way too. I mean, what’s so bad about getting healthy and working out anyway? i’m not really obsessed with it. i’ve actually not been on this blog lately, because i’m out having fun, living life, and getting fit!

hey, it’s perfectly easy to lose 15 pounds in about 2 or less months!
Breakfast:
Oatmeal (skim milk +1 splenda)
Snack Time:
vanilla greek yogurt with blueberries/raspberries (chobani, but anything will do)
Lunch Time:
Varies! but Grilled Chicken, Pita bread, lettuce, hummus, swiss cheese(idc if i’ts fattening, i love cheese lol) and 100 calorie popcorn
OR
Soup and pita crackers i usually get my protein in around lunch time
Snack Time:
2 oranges, or 2 apples, or pineapple slices, or cantelope (basically fruits)
Dinner:
hearty salad or little starch with lots of veggies and a little bit of meat/fish anything
Snack Time:
cereal (multi grain cheerios) a bit of honey sometimes, i usually crave sweets so this is kind of my sweet cheat?
Daily exercise:
40 minutes treadmill/elliptical 20 minutes core exercises, i workout at a gym, so basically i use the equipment there, but you can do abs/work on your thighs, triceps/biceps etc.

heelllo. just wanted to start out by telling you that your blog has inspired me so much to lose weight and everything so thank you :-), i wanted to ask you, i have like muscly calves but i want to reduce the muscle and make my legs slimmer, but how can i do that?my fat is not leaving and is instantly turning to muscle which makes them look big :/?
STRETCH! it sounds so totally overated but stretching is what separates an athletic woman’s body to that sleek toned form. stretch before and after! also lay off too much protein, as that builds muscles. that doesn’t mean cutting it out cause you need it to shed the fat, but try not to overdose on it, and just work on stretching your body for about 7 minutes before and after, especially your legs. the quicker you do it right after the better because that’s when your leg muscles are warm and more malleable! good luck.
